Yes, the store could use a little upgrade,but as far as customer service goes, the young lady working there was extremely helpful in helping me find the products I was looking for. She offered a large selection to choose from and was courteous and polite.

I went here a few weeks ago to pick up nitrous tanks and called them to ask if they had any and they said yea but when I showed up they didn't have the ones I needed. Weren't very helpful or kind in assisting my needs and way overpriced. This shop needs to work on customer service skills cause they really dropping the ball multiple times when it comes to that.

I called asking for an item the guy says he has it and when I drive there he denied to have had taken the call with me PLUS does not have what I asked by the phone, he also denied he took a call try to make me look stupid in front of other clients, I took my phone and called the last number, which he took twice and I showed him that I was right. 0 professional store and low inventory stuff.
