First time customer, I believe I spoke with the owner, as well as a very nice lady at the front counter. Fast, professional, and knowledgeable. Great price on 3 new 18650 batteries, and politely explained they didn’t have the coils for my older(8+ years) sub-ohm tank, but offered 1/2 off a new one if I bring them the old. Will shop there again.

They Have Everything you need to start a healthier vaping experience as opposed to smoking nasty cigs !!!! 😎

Great selection, fair prices, and wonderful helpful staff.

I went in looking for a replacement to my disposable vape and was met with the nice woman behind the counter that offered to help. She let me try a few different flavors and styles, but in the end I knew my flavor was the only one I'd like. She sold me 2 blue razz ice elfbars, one in the plastic and one with a metal case, and was friendly and conversational throughout, as well as knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I don't live in the state, but if anyone happens across this store, it's well worth the trip, give them a try.

This place was a pleasure to do business with. The lady that helped me was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She spent time and answered all my questions. Yes it’s slightly more expensive to buy here, but you’re paying for the customer service and expertise which you honestly aren’t going to find many places.
