First time customer going to County Armory. I was greeted by Kim, a wonderful person who demonstrated highest professionalism, safety, knowledge and patience. She opened my mind to new possibilities in terms of the product lines that they carry in order for me to make informed decisions. She went out of her way to answer my many questions and showed rather than explain. I highly recommend County Armory for its great team and anticipate shopping there for my future needs.

Great service Everytime. Giving the fact that ammo is so illusive at most small stores due to the sharp cost increase. These guys do a great job carrying ammo for what's in stock. Kim is very knowledgeable and has helped me out multiple times to make the right decision.

Called County Armory and had the pleasure and luck of the phone being picked up by a wonderful woman by the name of Kim. I called County Armory because I am a NYC resident pistol license holder and I will soon be permanently moving to Greene County. I had a bunch of questions about the process of getting my pistol license transferred. Kim listened to every detail of my story about the problems I’m having here in NYC to get the transfer completed. She gave me some very valuable advice to hopefully make the transition go a lot smoother for me. Any business that is willing to take as much time as she did with me, without making a penny while doing it, proves to me their customer service abilities go above and beyond what should be expected. Hopefully, when my mess is cleared up, I’ll have the opportunity to do some real business with County Armory. I am going to start off by saying NEVER EVER do business with Country Armory in Coxsackie NY on 9W, they are the saddest excuse of a FFL dealer on the face of the planet. My first and ONLY time doing business with them was an absolute NIGHTMARE and their customer service is as bad as it gets. They have little to no knowledge of current firearms legislation and refused to turn over my legally purchased and owned parts. They then proceeded to botch a simple firearms transfer which could have led to some serious legal ramifications for both parties. Overall, they demonstrated a serious ineptitude towards the sales and or service of firearms and the associated products.
