If you're not to well knowing about product they sell, you can assure you will be by time you leave. The owner here is Luke Prist. And you also have his brother and, Management here make sure your happy and your take care of experience , including prices surely is best for you. Even though this is a vapor shop. There are more items sold here. Glass pipes( both specialized and remark), tobacco accesses, lighters, obc, hemp and more. The shop use to be located just down the road from this place. Across from Tops on the boulevard. Now in their new location. Recheck Google location on map.. might get the old address. In pass few years, especially just before the pandemic, most the vapor shops had closed. Either due to changing of rules and laws, or the pandemic which effected everything. If I was you, keep my eyes closely open on this place. Before law changes. They made their own juices, so that in mind. You might be able pickup some pointers . Second, is once the green light is given for our favorite herb, sure they will be first in line get their shop supplies. Earlier today I came in for a disposable vape. The employee kept talking over me so I bought one and left quickly because it was rude. I got home a few hours after running some errands and opened the vape and it tasted burned, so I called the store to ask if they accepted returns. The same man who sold me the vape earlier said yes, I can do a return for you but we close at 8. I said I can get there, no problem. I get to the store, the man tries the vape and says that’s normally how it tastes but it does taste a little burned so I’ll do it. Then he says actually he can do an exchange. I clarify that on the phone I had asked about a return, and he said oh well I didn’t hear what you said. I started to speak again and he interrupted and continued to talk over me. When I could finally get a word in, I said I know that he heard me say return but it’s fine and I’ll just take the vape and leave because at this point he’s disrespecting me by talking over me again and I dont want to be there. He started making snide comments about me not wanting a free vape (it wouldn’t have been free since it was an exchange) and continued making rude comments as I left. I heard him continue to talk about me and turned around and asked him to repeat himself. He then went off on me saying I was ridiculous for not wanting a free vape (again, not free). I tried to talk and again he would not let me speak. I said can I talk, and he said you already did. I asked to talk to the owner and he sat down on a chair turning away from me to watch Wheel of Fortune on his computer and ignored me. I asked again to speak with the owner. He tried calling the owner and got the voicemail and argued with me some more. Kept telling me the owner was watching on the camera, and I hope he was. I told him I understand that you can’t do a return but I’m upset by the way you’re talking to me and he said he didn’t care. He finally gave me a business card that, of course, provides no information to contact the owner. This man was rude as hell and should not be working in customer service. I used to manage a smoke shop in Charlotte and I know how to talk to people and what can be done to save a sale, and he did the exact opposite of what someone should do to keep customers. I do understand if you can’t do a return - but don’t say you can do a return if you cannot, and don’t try to turn it around on the customer when you are the one who was rude. I can easily get over a wasted $20 purchase on a bum vape, but this employee gave me false information and was rude both times I was there, and that is not okay.

My go to vape and smoke shop. Always got what I need and always fantastic service from everyone working there. Prices are fair and I enjoy chatting with the workers, very laid back shop. You have any questions or want to know about anything in the shop and the guys there always have firsthand experience to share 👍
