First time in the shop was yesterday and the guy helping me out was good. I knew mostly what I wanted but he still answered the couple of questions I had. What I bought was defective (from the manufacturer), so I went back today to see what could be done. The same guy checked it out and confirmed it to be defective. I was out the door with a tested and working replacement within two minutes of walking in. No need to go through the manufacturer and mess with the warranty - they took care of it so I didn't have to wait. It's what I was hoping for, but not what every business would do. I'll absolutely be back as a repeat customer.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Every time I go there, there’s a sign on the door saying that they’ll be right back and I wait and I wait and then I just leave Because no one comes back. What kind of business is run that way?

I give 3 stars because every time I go I’m always taken care of and they always have what I need but they’re never open when they have it posted for 10am but as I’m writing this is 10:30am isn’t cool.
