Decided to try a new vape shop bc it’s close to home. Purchased 2 and an accessory. One vape would not turn on. Staff adamantly refused to replace it and was condescending/rude about it. I understand that the company was who made the vape, but the experience overall was atrocious. I firmly because it’s because I’m a young white female they felt they can bully.

This place is trash. Terrible customer service. Terrible workers. They just need to be shut down. 3 times they sold me a vape that didnt work and refused to exchange them out.

They weren't open during store hours so I can't say much on the store other than I wasn't very pleased that they were closed when I got there but the sign clearly states they are open at that time. However, If I get the opportunity to actually visit the store in the future, I may amend my review. Thanks for reading

They are never out of stock on my flavor vape. I have never had to do the pick every flavor on the list of what they carry till I get to one they have in stock game. I walk in, ask for what I want pay and walk out with what I came for. Best vape store in the area!
