So i have recently starting going to Panda smoke shop due to them being open at 9am on the weekends, the earliest shop to open near me. When i tell you the owner Jad has turned this place around, i mean it. The last owners from reviews seemed to be less than stellar. Jad has gone out of his way to make sure i get what I'm looking for, and at a great price. My first time i went in there, i was having issues on my card and i was short on the product i was purchasing. Jad gave me a discount so that i was able to afford the product. Purely because of his customer service, I now go every weekend to Panda to see Jad. He looks out for customers, the customer service is second to none, and it is a clean organized friendly place to do business. If you need to stop in at a smoke shop, i highly recommend going to see Jad at Panda smoke shop. You will not be disappointed,

Don't let the outside fool you. Inside was clean with a wide selection. I only wish the nicotine was out on display. I had to make a selection off an iPad. But the guy was professional and had me in and out in under 10 minutes

Just stopped by this smoke shop and I had a really solid experience. The place is clean, well-organized, and they have a huge selection of products—everything from vapes to glass and accessories. What stood out the most was the customer service. The staff were super chill, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to help me find exactly what I needed without rushing me.

This is my go to place and I love coming here the place is very welcoming. I don’t know the name of the gentleman that is there but he is one of the sweetest. Good quality products! Definitely check it out!!!

Used to love this place but now it seems like they either are closed early and aren’t open on time. I got there at 10 this morning and door was still locked so after work I decided to stop by again( I get out of work at 9, they close at 10) got to the store around 9:20 and there already closed
