⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a great experience! John, who I believe is the owner, is an incredibly friendly and genuine guy. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with excellent customer service. He even gave me a discount, which was greatly appreciated and speaks volumes about how much he values his customers. I walked in, asked a question, and everyone was ready to help and was very attentive! One thing that really stood out to me was how clean, organized, and well-maintained the store is. That's something you don't see very often in tobacco shops these days. It's actually a pleasure to walk around, browse, and shop because everything is neat and easy to find. Between the outstanding customer service, the welcoming atmosphere, and the well-kept store, this place is a step above the rest. Great people, great business, and a great shopping experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend stopping by!

I had an excellent experience at this smoke shop and will definitely be coming back. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable owner who took the time to answer my questions and help me find exactly what I was looking for. The store was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and stocked with a huge selection of products, including premium cigars, vapes, glass pieces, hookah supplies, accessories, and hard-to-find items. I came in for the hookah vapes. What really stood out was the customer service. The staff never made me feel rushed and offered honest recommendations based on my preferences rather than trying to upsell me. Their prices were competitive, and they had several great deals available that made the visit even better. The atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and comfortable, making it a pleasure to shop there. If you're looking for quality products, fair prices, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend checking this place out. It's easily one of the best smoke shops I've visited.

Excellent collection of good quality tobacco pipes at excellent prices! Always several to choose from

Really great prices and staff here! The owner is extremely helpful and, somewhat to my surprise, so is the other staff. Highly recommended!

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Owner knows how to run his business well and keeps products stocked regularly. I've tried other shops around Rochester and nothing comes close. Check 'em out!
