I shop this store every week. And everyone that has worked there has been very friendly and helpful until today. The girl working was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. I tried to get her to help me. And all she wanted to do was braid her hair. My family and I spend quite a bit of money there. And I will be taking my money elsewhere.

My favorite spot for all things smoke... great selection of incense, cigars, and sweet smelly stuff to put inside of them as well- THcA flower, pre rolls, gummies and more! Also the three ladies who work there, Olivia, lillie and Becky I think(dont quote me) are the right names, are the best and friendliest staff of any store and of any kind. Nowhere have I been treated as nice and respectful as these ladies do and if you ever need a good conversation to put a smile on your face then make sure to try and catch Olivia, they all are great but shes the one who I stop there for because it always brightens my day when I show up and shes behind the counter. Thanks to the friendly and spectacular people at hybrid vapor and tobacco of richfield.

Every time we have been in the same guy has been behind the counter and refuses to acknowledge us. Any time we have asked questions they have been met with annoyance and laziness. The service is horrible and I hope that whoever owns this establishment gets it into order before they lose their business due to lazy associates who can’t or don’t want to sell. Also the clothes and other personal items that can clearly be seen in the store are disgusting and frankly an eyesore.

It's convenient when they have what you need. Update - The last few times I've come here the guy working has been friendly and helpful. They have had what I need in stock, and it is not expired.

Worst customer service ever.. Supposedly he's the manager, younger guy, glasses, beard. Everytime I go in there he's really rude and uneducated about his product but acts like he knows what he's talking about. We were trying to find the strongest delta vape. Well he convinced us to get one and my husband specifically told him we didn't want the one that's chemically man made and he assured us it wasn't. After we left we did research and that guy was completely wrong. My very angry husband almost went back in one time because he completely lied to us instead of saying he wasn't sure, but thankfully I convinced him not to get us banned from the store lol
