Walked in. Handed my vape device to the employee on duty. Asked if they carried the pods for that device. Employee had no idea what a pod was. He said "pod? What mean pod?" and I had to remove the pod from the device for him. After showing him, he said "yes, we have pod." Asked for nicotine salt. Employee was confused. I clarified, concentrated high nicotine vape juice. He still had no idea. "Oil?" he asked. I found the salts myself and he said "oh juice." I get to the front counter ready to pay, and the pods are not rung up. I asked him "hey, what about my pods?" and he replied "we don't have pod." I left without purchasing anything. This place is a waste of time. Go anywhere else, preferably a store at which the employees understand basic English, and don't lie to you when they don't understand your questions.

The owner was very respectful and very helpful wonderful wonderful selection for hookahs and flower. Treats veterans very well. I'm really happy I gave him a try.
