I love this store and especially Angel. It's always so clean and so friendly. If he doesn't have something in stock, he will try his best to order it. I send eveone to this store.

The employee rang up 34.99 when the price on the package was 28.99. He claimed he was not trained to void a transaction and restart it. He gave me a receipt and told me to ask them to check the cameras for the discrepancy. I should've known better. When I went back, the indifferent girl at the counter asked for the receipt, but it only showed the price he charged, not the price on the item. I asked her if she could review the cameras. She said that's not an option. I challenge anyone to go into Neo Tobacco and Vape and purchase something and then ask to void the transaction and see if they can do it. The owner of this store doesn't train his employees properly so I will go to Dragon Puff Smoke & Vape shop on Sweeten Creek. They run a solid business.

Go here instead of Arden. Unlike at Arden Tobacco and Vape, the employees here are helpful, speak English, and don't try to mislead you into buying things you don't need and didn't ask for.

Best spot in fairview. Love the people love the vibes. Great prices and they work hard to stuff in stock. Couldn't be more appreciative
