I had the pleasure of shopping here while on vacation in Asheville, not only were the staff (Soren, Penny, and Jada) super friendly and helpful, but the shop’s product selection was great too! The juicy peach ice geek bar was fabulous, I got some WNC half joints that had me bakeddddd and the hemp blunt was nice too! Overall it was a stellar shopping experience and I walked out a happy customer! Next time I’m in Asheville I will definitely be back (:

cashier this afternoon was unnecessarily intense. I came to the shop to return a vape that I purchased yesterday, I left it in the car overnight and told the cashier as much. She immediately got a rude rude and told me that they usually don't exchange for user error like this. Before I could thank her or say anything she ranted about all the other circumstances in which she wouldn't take the item back. TBH I totally understand that part of the return policy but she was so grumpy I had even asked and made me feel shitty about it. Ice been coming here for years but I don't pay people that make me feel crappy So I won't be coming here ever again.

I needed a new chamber for my PuffCo Pivot so I decided to swing by Smoke Rings to see if they possibly had one, and they did!! The nice lady from the shop was able to find exactly what I needed 😊 This isn't the first time I was able to swing in looking for a random piece and leave with what I needed. They also have an interesting selection of imported snacks and drinks from places like Japan and China.

Showed up during business hours. Open sign on. Door locked. No one in the shop. Somebody in there car pretending not to see me.
