I came by needing a salt nic they no longer carried. A nice young man named Nick went out of his way to quickly get what I needed back in stock. I had shared with him that I had already been by seven or eight stores and could no longer find what I needed. He was so Kind, Attentive and swift. Some of they best service Have seen anywhere in a really long time. Rarely do you go somewhere and find someone who will go over and beyond to do their job. Especially seeing as he didn’t have to do that, but he did it anyway And then notified me to let me know that it was back in stock so I could swing by. During all of this, he stayed very professional. I really appreciated it. This is the kind of service you don’t forget. When I came in to pick it up, I was then met with a different worker named Harley. She was also very kind. She knew her stuff if I had any questions and was quick and persistent. I would recommend this vape store to anyone. It’s a shame more places don’t give service like this.

Normally great service. I love the selections that they offer as far as evapes as well as pods. The young lady that worked today was very snappy. Not entirely sure what her issue is but you guys should fix that. It's not very refreshing

Harley is the greatest. Very knowledgeable and helpful, great spirited, maintaining an exceptional attitude of service; all amenities were met beyond expectation.

Rick is super charismatic. He knows his products very well. Greated with hellos and smiles and just over all great customer service. I live an hour away but always stop at Vapor Max before I head back home. Its the only place I shop!!! Best service e ver great customer service with a smile!!
