Brand new location and you would think it would be a vibe. Not only was it dead , they wasn’t serving liquor, they could’ve had games! The worst part is the service was not great. The hookah took long. Our order took a long time; I don’t understand why alcohol is being advertise when they wasnt even serving it at the moment . What’s more trifling is the bathroom! It was atrocious. They should be ashamed of their opening and the lack of quality and service. They need to work on the atmosphere it’s 2026 where was the vibe. Likw they need some decor, just a brand new look!

Absolutely terrible experience. I was actually excited to come because it reminded me of the old Red @ 28th off Mallard Creek and NoDa but that excitement did not last long. They had happy hour menus sitting right on the table but then refused to honor the happy hour hookah prices claiming it was because they do not have a liquor license. I understood no alcohol but do not advertise specials you will not actually honor. Expecting customers to pay full price for hookah with no liquor while still promoting happy hour is misleading and honestly feels like a bait and switch. On top of that the customer service was horrible. Staff was dismissive unhelpful and acted like it was a problem that we even asked about the pricing they advertised. Super disappointing experience all around. Definitely not worth it. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects its customers. I will not be returning.

I went to the new location to hang out before the TI concert and was very disappointed!!! The service was very slow. It took 30 minutes before we got our drinks. We ordered a hookah and it took another 30 minutes. We ordered wings and they came out freezer burned! With our wings, we ordered fries as well, and they never came out so we just canceled it. Then whenever we were leaving we paid for a coke to go, we waited so long for the drink that we just said forget it and left even though we paid for it

Slim the manager provided top quality service by correcting the issues with our food. She was open to feedback and personalized our experience by paying attention to details and providing complimentary items. I will definitely come back!

This was our Happy Hour spot of choice on a Friday afternoon after work. There was plenty of available seating when we arrived. Our server greeted us promptly and took our food and drink orders. The portion sizes are generous. The brussel sprouts were definitely the star of the night. We ended up staying for about 5 hours, ordering drinks throughout the night. Things were going great until it was time for our server to leave for the evening. She checked us out and specifically stated that the tip was not included on the bill. However, when we received our receipts, there was an 18% service charge that was added, even though we only had 4 people in our group. All of us had left an additional tip, not knowing the service fee was charged. By the time we realized it, our server was gone for the evening. She also did not assign another server to us even though we were still planning to order. We let the manager know and she immediately worked to make it right. Our service for the remainder of the evening was impeccable. The music was good, although the volume was a little low on the side where we were sitting. I would definitely plan to return in the future....although I will keep a much closer eye on my bill. Pro-tip: Plan time for parking. There is a free lot nearby but it is pretty small..
