This is one of the greatest shops to go to to get pieces and to get great service as well. I do not know the name of the guy that I always talk to and my mom and I come in my mom loves the shop and everything they have. I love the customer service and the way they treat my mom

I am a regular customer here at high life and sadly I missed 4 20 day from working but the staff was awesome and still had some extra goodie bags. Aside from that been coming here for 10 years the management is great and the staff is amazingly friendly and so awesome towards their customers especially to somebody like me as a big time regular there high life in Cornelius is the goat of smoke shops!!!!

Jess, Katie, and Link welcomed me as soon as I came into the store. It was a pleasure to talk to them and they made great recommendations. 10/10 customer service

Was in High Life 2/10/2026 and got the BEST, knowledgeable service from Mike and Trenton! Great guys to ask questions about product. Mike is very helpful and helped me pick out an array of awesome goods I've been thoroughly enjoying! Thanks guys!

Good atmosphere, great employees, if they don’t know something or what it is exactly they track down the info you need. Also great selection of glass bongs and pipes and even some nifty ashtrays too
