I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience at this shop. I came in with my dad and the service was a mess from start to finish. We had to tell the employee 3-4 times that we wanted no flavor, yet he repeatedly pushed flavored options on us. To make matters worse, he sold us a vape and juice that were completely incompatible. He had assured us we could exchange the item if needed, provided we set up an account (which involved me giving my ID, phone number, and email). When we returned because the device wouldn't work, he couldn't even find the account because he had entered my name incorrectly. The situation with their "account system" was even more concerning. He insisted I had to accept a welcome email to proceed, but when I tried, I received a security warning that the site was a hacking attempt. The employee actually told me to bypass the warning and proceed anyway—which is completely unacceptable for any legitimate business. Eventually, he agreed to the exchange with manager approval, but the lack of communication continued. We asked him to transfer the juice from the old pod to the new one so we didn't waste product; despite explaining this four times, he still tried to sell us another bottle of juice. We eventually left with the new vape, but no juice because it wasn’t worth the headache. This employee was unhelpful, unprofessional, and caused a massive inconvenience by selling the wrong products and then failing to manage the return competently. We will never be back and will be sure to warn others to stay away.

Went in wanting a simple preroll. Guy was helping an older woman. Woman took forever, couldn't get her payment right, etc. I patiently waited 15 minutes while getting no help. Fun fact for the guy working there - help the other customers in the lobby if another customer has an issue. After 15 mins the guy says "you seem to be in a rush", which i wasn't, it was clear he was agitated and wanted me out of there. Rudest experience ive had in a long time. This is why I always choose Apotheca. Your stuff was always overpriced anyway. Never coming here again.
