Not sure who we dealt with, but the person in this shop was as unfriendly as you can get, and frankly quite odd. Couldn't answer basic questions and seemed like he could care less we were there. After purchasing some items we went next door to the 2 other places and at both of those they Couldn't be NICER! Like night and day. I don't feel I'll ever go back to this place. I've never felt more unwanted and uncomfortable in a vape shop before. I value customer service, and this was the worst experience I've ever had. Shame. It's such a friendly area. I'm really not sure how they could have such high reviews. Maybe whomever wrote them is connected to them or high off their gords when writing them lol. Very odd.

If you live around the neighborhood come out & come to the puffs smoke shop !!! with all the good smoke , the best gas! at the best prices this is exactly what we needed in our small town 💨💨☺️ The owner is so nice and kind , great place to be after a hard day at work or just a good time on a weekend ! Be warned. If you park in their lot and go anywhere else they will have you towed.. and it’s not cheap! Consider other much friendlier dispensaries. Edited to add: The person who called the towing company did not warn my friend to not park there even though they were standing outside watching him park. They called after he walked away.

Today was my first time going into Puffz & I have to say, it is amazing!!! Libby was so helpful and friendly. Definitely my new favorite spot & I will be back!! You can’t beat the prices, friendly personalities, & convenience. Not to mention, they’re open 24 hours, which I don’t come across often. Great place!!!
