Visited purple discount vape and smoke shop this morning for the first time. Super helpful and friendly staff. Susan and Kayla were available to answer all of our questions. Not sure I have ever had such great customer service! We occupied a lot of their time with our questions and looking at a variety of vapes, styles, flavors. We will be regulars. I stopped in recently to pick up a new vape and ended up having one of the better retail experiences I’ve had in a while. What stood out immediately was how knowledgeable the staff was—they didn’t just try to sell me whatever was most expensive or popular. Instead, they asked a few questions about what I was looking for (flavor preference, nicotine level, ease of use, etc.) and actually guided me toward something that made sense for me. They took the time to explain the differences between devices and brands in a way that wasn’t overwhelming, which I appreciated. You can tell they deal with a lot of different customers—from beginners to regulars—and know how to adjust how they explain things depending on your experience level. The shop itself was clean, organized, and well-stocked. Everything felt intentional—not cluttered or chaotic like some smoke shops can be. Pricing seemed fair, and they were upfront about what I was getting, no surprises. Overall, it felt less like a quick transaction and more like they actually cared about getting me set up with the right product. I’ll definitely be going back and would recommend it to anyone whether you’re new to vaping or already know what you like.

Adam was absolutely amazing !!! I went in, not knowing what I wanted. He gave me a great suggestion on what to get. Every time I come here, I never leave disappointed always a 10 out of 10 experience whether it’s the flavor or it’s the price discount smoking and vape they will get you right

I was there when they opened their doors literally.I wasnt too impressed---but they do what they say, these days are good...saying what theyre going to do..all these other shops that say they open at a certain time--a lot do not do this and its concerning to someone like myself who uses thca for meds. specifically PTSd from ~41000 epileptic seizures that hurt and are violent. Im going to find out if they can match my budget today. But that still doesnt really matter. Integrity is important
