Love Clouds and I have always had an awesome experience there. Moe one of the store managers is awesome man. Always chill and a good vibe. Customer Service is A+++, great weed flowers an awesome sativa flowers for $5 a gram 🌟🌟🌟🌟

I bought a hookah from here spent about $80, after I came home I tried to use it and it ended up having a missing piece so I took it back and I looked at the other hookahs and they were also missing a piece and I told the guy who’s name I believe is terry he looked at me with disgust and told me i told you what you see is what you get after that he just closed the box and said I’m not going to argue with you have a good day with an attitude. Also he said you should’ve made sure it worked before you left like how was I supposed to do that??? Worst customer service ever I don’t even complain like that but that literally was the WORST customer service I’ve ever received. Right after leaving I went to Gate city tobacco and vape I told the guy what had happened he literally removed a piece from one of the hookahs I had and gave it to me for FREE! I didn’t purchase anything from him but definitely would recommend gate city before this one it’s literally a block down!

The customer service here is amazing and I always find what I need. The staff is especially helpful in terms of recommendations and just general knowledge on cannabis itself! One particular worker, Anthony, has always been super helpful and is one of the reasons I’m a frequent customer. Highly recommend.
