I just bought a vape from this facility and it taste brunt. I've been a customer for 2 years. Any other vape store I go to. If it's burnt tasting they will switch it out. Not sure if its the employee or new policy. But lost my business and I will inform everyone I got to shop at glass city to not go to this one. I prided them on that service of not letting the customer walk out unhappy.
