Your standard tobacco & vape but with terrible customer service and return policies. I’d probably drive past to the next one.

I’m sure it’s a very nice place, by looking through the windows, however the two times I have tried to visit, there has been a note on door, stating they will return in 15 mins, both times I have waited well over 15 minutes and no one ever returns. I understand that employees need to have a chance to get lunch, maybe have a designated time for their lunch and have it posted on the door? Such as, closed from 1-1:30 for lunch or something similar.

When coming in this was my first time in the shop kayla helped me out and was very polite and ill definitelybe back great customer sev. Very pleased with her help

I came by this place during business hours, according to the hours that are posted on the front door of the business, no one was there and the lights were off. I tried to call the phone number and no one answered. This was Friday, October 25th 2024. They are supposed to open at 10am and this is the only time I have to stop by and purchase my vape and it was very disappointing that I could not get what I needed. I will not be trying to shop here anymore since idk if they will even be open when they say they are.
