I had a great experience at J Vapor & Tobacco. As soon as I walked in, I was honestly overwhelmed by how many products they had, but the owner took the time to answer my questions, explain the different options, and help me find the right one instead of rushing me. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy. On top of that, he even gave me a discount, which was a really nice surprise. Excellent customer service, great selection, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

This is by far my favorite Tobacco store in the area. They got everything you can think of for reasonable price and the people in there make a huge difference. The owner J, is the best in the area. I go out of my way just to buy from them and they never disappoint. If every business was ran the same way, Jay runs his business then they will have the most loyal customers ever.

Cashier was rude. I purchased a defective item and instead of allowing me to swap the device I was told I had to pay for another one. DON’T SELL ITEMS THAT MAY NOT WORK if you aren’t willing to COMPENSATE your CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!! $30 wasted
