I bought a vape this morning and opened it in store to check (as I always do). When I opened it the vape was leaking all over. I showed the man working there, and he took a tissue and wiped it off. I told him I opened in store to make sure it was okay, he showed me that the screen worked and said it was fine. Now, what if it leaks like crazy again in my purse or pocket? He said if it did so to come back and he'd give me a new one. How am I to guarantee he's the one working? And I'm not delusional, I've seen the videos of vapes exploding. How am I supposed to know this is safe when it was already leaking before anyone even touched it? His response was to state that he "always" uses RAZ and they "almost always" leak like that. Idk what temu brand RAZ he vapes, because I exclusively use RAZ and have never had this happen before. I went back and forth with the cashier for near 10 minutes about how I was unhappy and would like a replacement. I have NEVER been to a vape shop that didn't have the "open in store, replace" policy. This was absolutely insane to me, and made me late to work. Absolutely terrible experience, I will not be returning.

My total was 2.98 and rung me Up for 3.00 just letting the next person know. If you’re able to go somewhere else go cause they in a bad spot so the scamming people for money
