The guys here are like basically my besties S/O Kobi, Don, Quin, Pablo ! I been coming here for like more than 3 years. This shop has EVERYTHING that you could possibly need. This is my favorite errand to run because of the amazing staff and ambiance here. Great prices too- they also have snacks!

Be careful purchasing Vapes from this store- I purchased a vape 2 days ago and the although the battery says 100% percent it will continue to say “0%” Just be careful because when I called the store, they said they do not offer exchanges or refunds (I just needed to exchange the vape) The guy mentioned that I purchased a “dud” *basically a defective vape. I understand policies and if this is indeed the policy, I would hope it’s displayed or at least mentioned when purchasing. I have never had this issue before but I will be sure to ask moving forward. Also the vape will no longer charge to “100%”

The service was great, became a daily customer Also has better products then other stores

THANK YOU SO MUCH, TONY FOR THE "ABSOLUTELY AWESOME" CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM YOU TODAY AT "JOKER SMOKER SHOP!!" THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT THERE & TONY, AS WELL AS ANOTHER YOUNG MAN HELPED ME OUT TREMENDOUSLY. I'M NOT SURE IF TONY'S THE OWNER OF THIS SHOP OR AN EMPLOYEE OF THE SHOP OWNER.
