I have been a loyal customer, but after my recent purchases, I won’t be coming back. Two of the last three vape boxes I bought from this shop appear to be counterfeit Open vapes. The first was a Geek Bar Prime Peach Berry that was supposed to be a 25K/50K vape. It didn’t even last seven days. Based on my normal usage, authentic Geek Bars last much longer, so this was a major red flag. The second was a Geek Bar Pulse X Blackberry B-Pop. It also had several signs that made me question its authenticity. The performance was poor, the flavor wasn’t right, and the overall quality didn’t match what I’ve experienced with genuine Geek Bar products. I spent my hard-earned money expecting authentic products, not something that left me questioning whether it was real. This isn’t just about wasting money—it’s about customer trust and safety. People deserve to know exactly what they’re inhaling. I encourage anyone buying vapes here to inspect the packaging carefully, verify the authentication code if one is available, and compare the product with an authentic one before using it. Based on my experience, I have lost confidence in this shop and will be taking my business elsewhere. As she pull the vape boxes out of their what looks like an original box, you can fill where the black of the screen and the colored part there’s a gap there’s an over lip. It’s uneven real ones are not like this.

The previous owner was always very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable, but then one day he was gone, and unfortunately the quality and service have not been the same since. I purchased Geek Bar vapes here that I believe may be counterfeit. After using the product, I became sick and experienced numbness in my hands and feet. That was extremely concerning and enough for me to stop using it. The newer employees also don’t seem to have enough knowledge about the products they are selling. When it comes to something people are inhaling into their bodies, there should be no question about authenticity, quality, or where the products came from. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vape from this store. Please be extremely careful about what you buy and use.

⭐ 1-Star Review I’m very disappointed with this vape store. I have serious concerns about the authenticity and quality of some of the vapes being sold here. On top of that, the newer employees don’t seem knowledgeable about the products they’re selling and have been unable to properly answer basic questions about them. When you’re selling vape products, customers should be able to trust that the products are legitimate and that employees understand what they’re selling. Based on my recent experiences, I no longer have that confidence in this store. Management really needs to look into the products being stocked and make sure employees are properly trained before selling them to customers.

OMG, I love the place. The Worker is so family and he helps me out every single time. If I don’t have enough, he will say it’s no problem. I got it 10 out of 10.
