I’ve been here twice and each time the dude at the register has yet to even acknowledge customers coming in bc he’s to busy entertaining some chick with a baby who lives across the street. Absolutely no customer interaction each time. No “hello how you doin” no “can I help you find a flavor” NOTHING. We decided to drive an extra 10 mins down the way for at least a HELLO. Trash customer service.

Came in for some cigarettes and asked a question about a brand they don’t have. I still had questions but another male customer came in that was more entertaining, I guess, because the employee completely ignored me and carried on a 5 minute conversation with the man, served him and then looked at me. I said, “I guess I don’t matter”. The employee replied, “ I just float back and forth. I said, “Never mind”. And walked out. He wasn’t at the drive thru window either and the door locked. I’ll never shop here.

Went in for a new Vape of course wanted to try something different since the brand I use is no longer aloud to be sold went in and got a Lost Mary NERA full view I will say was my mistake on not asking the price before the gent rang me up but 53 dollars including tax is a little crazy to me especially when other stores sell the for 24 bucks but also the retail price is 24 bucks so why did I get charged for two. I can tell you I will never shop there again. And either should you.

Tremendous customer service. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I live close and this is the perfect spot due to the drive through.

Just found out about this shop. And I will be coming back. A drive thru shop in Walkertown is just more convenient than any other smoke shop around here.
