Great customer service! Always so polite, and gives the best deals ever. Shop is clean, well organized and the owner is so polite!

Recently updated from original review: *Original: Prices are fair, especially on what I smoke, Marlboro Blacks! They aren't as expensive as most places. Plus they have the best customer service! Always nice, friendly and accommodating! Update: so when I started going there the price on my smokes were consistently the same until one day they went up, then couple weeks later, up again. I went there bc my smokes were a fair price and I thought they'd stay that price. I understand when the economy is as it is, you may have to raise prices but those went up twice in less than a month and half, in the whole time I been going, they only did this the last month or so that I went, 3 different prices. So instead of 5 stars, it's now 4, and that's due to customer service because they're always good attitudes and nice ppl working there, I'm just disappointed by the price raise on my Marlboro Black/Reds. Other than that it's still a friendly place to visit with loads of different choices of the things you find in a smoke shop! I haven't been back after finding out they went up a second time bc now I can get them cheaper at Sheetz, I've not returned bc I'm afraid they've gone up again and I just cannot afford them now at those prices. But, no worries bc I will still go for other things if needed and this shouldn't stop anyone from going either bc they may have what you need at prices you can afford. The ppl there are friendly and welcoming so even if the prices aren't right for you on some things, other things may be right up your alley the atmosphere there is more welcoming than most! Please don't let my review sway you, this is just my own personal issue and opinion. It's still a great place to shop, if you can afford what you need.

I’ve been coming to this location for some time now. With that said I’ve normally have had great experiences. Today was not a good experience. I asked for a vape that I normally get here and the bald white guy handed me another version of the vape that I do not like because of the size. I asked before I opened it if I could exchange for the version that I prefer and he got really persnickety. I explained that I normally get the other sized version and didn’t care for this version as it falls from my pocket. He was really rude and if I hadn’t changed my life some years ago, let’s say it could’ve went south fast. BEWARE OF BALD WHITE MAN WITH ATTITUDE!

The guy was nice and all bit he closed the lottery down to early and wouldn't sell me any tickets at ten mi uses until 5 on today Sunday. He should have waited until 5 to close it down . I guess he thinks he can go home 5 minutes sooner or something oh well

I've been their customer ever since I moved here, about 8 years ago. Every employee I've met through the years has been friendly, helpful and patient. That's what makes it so great to shop there, the employees.
