Call before coming here. Despite saying they open at 6, they actually open whenever they feel like it, which may be 8:30 or 9pm. I was told about this place from a friend and drove from Greensboro and arrived at 8pm and it was still closed. Another guy who was waiting for them to open up told me this place is nice but very unreliable. I called and despite a promise of opening up in 10 minites, it was later than that when they actually arrived. Not worth driving all the way for them to be closed during posted operating hours.

Best hookah lounge NC Very nice location, attractive atmosphere in the place, fancy, the staff are so friendly, the food even is so good. So many variety in hookah, SAM is an expert in hookah. For me its best place for spending you night they even have happy hour 😃. Highly recommended!!!

The lounge itself is amazing, and the hookahs are some of the best I’ve had flavorful with plenty of options to choose from. The vibe and setup are great, which makes this a tough rating to give. Unfortunately, the biggest issue is reliability. I’ve visited at least three times during posted open hours, and they were not open. One night I even came at 8 PM (they advertise opening at 6) and still, no one was there. I had even called earlier that day and was told they would be open. Since I come from out of town, it’s frustrating to plan a visit and find the doors locked. Please either update your hours or open on time, because the experience when you are open is fantastic.

I felt very bad after leaving from there, not sure what, but it's like I got a virus or something, the place not clean, that's for sure. I will not go there again.
