What an awesome cigar bar. Staff is so friendly and helpful. We got to hang out a little bit with the owners and Clay Guida as he was premiering his signature cigar from Triumph Cigars. I will be stopping by here every time I'm in Cleveland. A must stop if you like cigars and whiskey.

Best Bourbon / Scotch / Whiskey selection in Cleveland. Service is excellent and is climate controlled! Usually a really nice selection of Cigars, and even with the cigar smoke the ventilation is excellent since it is technically a patio! Highly recommended, great television placements and outstanding food and atmosphere! One of the great hidden gems in Cleveland!

I went to the Cigar Lounge in Cleveland Ohio called The Grotto and the girl named Risa, not sure if that's how you spell her name but this is the second time I've been there and she has given excellent service. Very informative, very friendly, very attentive. I highly recommend it
