My wife and I went in to the Gahanna store yesterday and today and although I never leave comments or reviews,.. I had to for this location. We went in with minimal knowledge and came out knowing a great deal. We've recently stopped smoking and the staff was super friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we knew what we needed and had what would help us succeed in our continued journey as happy non smokers! Lol I wish I had gotten their names but I didn't and I hope they see this! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. Your prices are a tiny bit more than some places however the service you provided DEFINITELY made it worth it and worth returning!

Vaporfi Gahanna is THE place to go for all your vape needs. Go see Nik and her coworkers! She’s the BEST MANAGER there is and really down to earth. The vibes of the environment are great, Nik and her employees make it even better! 8 years of loyalty to Vaporfi and will continue to stay loyal. Love you all for what you do!

This location is phenomenal. EVERY single person I have come in to contact with at this location is super friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I found this store randomly about a year and a half ago and I have not gone to any other store or location since. I will drive out of my way to come here if I needed to. There’s not many places left around that have top tier customer service but, this place does.

This location was very helpful when it came to my questions and needs. I don’t remember the name of the employee but she is a vibe. She made me excited to be there

Excellent staff and product. Very professional and friendly. Always remember their regulars.
