I live in the area of this Smoke Shop, and I run to this store to get emergency Shisha and my Hookah coals here, when I can’t get to my original Hookah spot. The guys are usually friendly here, but there Shisha is a bit higher than everyone else’s, ($4.99).Usually Shisha is $2.99 everywhere else. I visited this store yesterday and bought coals and decided to get one box of shisha, again only getting one because of the price. But this is what shocked me. The guy rang the Shisha up and I saw the price come up as $2.99, but then he quickly edited the price and changed it to $4.99. I questioned him and then he mumbled something about it being higher. I was perplexed, and thought to myself, did this guy just up charged me on the Shisha and has he been doing this every time I shop here. For this reason, I will never shop here again!! To think he has been charging me an additional $2.00 per box for Shisha, and I try to support this business is shocking to me, and I feel so disrespected!!!!

This smoke shop is great. Excellent selection of vape flavors at a really reasonable price. Super friendly and helpful staff. They had lottery which blew my mind! You never see that in a smoke shop! Anyway, if you’re in the area smokers planet is the spot…or even if you’re not in the area, check em out. They probably have something you’re interested in buying.

Love this place, Alex always does a great job taking care of me!

Great customer service and nice looking place

We called to see if they had any Baton juice because I couldn’t find it anywhere, and he confirmed they did. Once arriving he was very knowledgeable/friendly and offered to reach out to his supplier and keep it in stock for myself and a few friends who have been looking. Even let me smell a new flavor to see if I might be interested in that one as well. Very pleasant experience and the juice was $3 cheaper than my previous store I was buying at. Will definitely return! Thanks!
