The staff is so friendly and pleasant i use to buy my cigarettes at piqua vap by walmart and i was paying 20.00 more for a carton of the same brand cigarettes. I was so suprised when my first trip was very pleasant and alot cheaper they have saved me alot of money will continue to spend my money there

I have had to come and change my review because I can’t give a perfect review when I have encountered some problems. They was doing great and I had became a regular customer. I live a little ways away, so I call in order to make sure they have what I need. I have called for two days multiple times, and nobody is answering the phones. They don’t really keep up with ordering specific items that are high sellers. I can understand that some things are difficult to get in a certain time frame, but if you get shipments in every week, why does it take two months to get some things that are popular. I don’t know, I may have to try and go somewhere else, which is sad because the people are great, even on the phone, if I am even able to get ahold of someone. It’s not professional to not answer the phone for a few days though.

They are always spectacular, i absolutely love the ladies that work there you all give great service.
