Nice clean environment. Friendly staff willing to help and answer any questions they can. Customer service has always been comfortable and respectful. Good prices on product. A large variety on flavors. (inventory was low on vape machines but not flavor. I don't blame them for low inventory due to pandemic, so I'm sure they'll pick right back up) I'm a returning customer.

This store is awesome. The person who mixes the specialty juices was out at the time. If you need a specialty juice I'd call and have them make it and then you can pick it up when it's ready. I couldn't wait so I got the banana nut bread and it's really good.

Service is always friendly and helpful, but what has happened to the juices? The last two bottles have been awful. It has zero taste and hits like I'm vaping fire. Both have been different flavors and have tried them on two different tanks and coils.
