Very nice and knowledgeable crew, amazing selection of glass, tobacco, kratom, vapes, vape juice, insence, they've got it all. Definitely the best smoke shop in troy, don't bother trying to shop elsewhere, Troy Smoke has everything the competitors do and then some.

Good quality products, friendly workers, reasonable prices. I bought red kratom and it works good for my pain disabilities.

I would give 0 starts if possible but the way we were treated today was disgusting. Went in looking for 7tabz and was told by Alyssa after trying to ask my sister over the phone what flavor she wanted that because my sister who couldn't get out of bed due to a procedure wasn't present she couldn't sell to us. When we tried to even purchase it for ourselves she said she couldn't sell to us because she knew then it wasn't for us but for my sister. The audacity to say that and treat someone like that is ridiculous. Tried other shops and had a way better experience WILL NEVER BE RETURNING HERE AFTER THE ATTITUDE from Alyssa. Do better and learn to be a better decent human being. You never know what someone Is going through. Just so you know Miss Alyssa that's prejudice and that's not how you treat humans at all. Do better and be better. Hope you have the day you deserve! Definitely lost a customer that visits twice a month or more!

They don’t even honor their own coupons. I have been coming here weekly for the last 6 weeks and they won’t even honor the coupons they gave me lol not to mention the first few times I was buying juice for $15.00 and now it’s over $20.00 a bottle that’s fine I’ll take our business elsewhere.

This place is always so welcoming and the staff are super friendly. They have discounts and deals on everything. They also have everything related to smoking. I come here multiple times a week and i love it !
