This place is scared to death of getting raided so they refuse to carry anything worth buying whatsoever. They also seriously have cats claw junk behind a glass counter like anyone wants that or would actually steal it😂 don't bother going here...nobody else does either.

Horrible experience, I had been here a couple of times and noticed the pricing on several things were higher than multiple other places, ok so no big deal. I then bought a coil went home and it wouldn’t work. I know a lot of places won’t replace coils but I hate paying over $5 for a coil and it not working so I went back and the one guy working after 10 mins of texting was allowed to swap the coil this time but from here on out I’d have to pay. He was very rude and like I was such an inconvenience the entire time. He got in the same box and got another coil, I decided to try it right there, which really upset him! Guess what!? It didn’t work! He said he wasn’t going to open an entire box just for me incase it was my mod. Fair, but I brought the same exact brand of coils, wattage, everything the same with me and showed that they worked fine. He shrugged his shoulders and said idk and I told him it was bad business and then he went on another rude rant. He didn’t want to deal with it and wanted me gone. So if you don’t want to change buying bad products from here and then proving they are bad right in front of them and the staff not caring they sold you bad product then go ahead. I’d recommend anywhere else but here! No polite customer service what so ever. If he would’ve at least not been rude I would have understood more. Don’t act like it’s the customers fault! Bad business.

Called....and the guy had no idea about the products they sell In the store.... Like please guys....at least act like you care and on your down time learn the product in....the store.... Get off Facebook...stop fighting with the spouse or partner or whatever the hell you got going on.... And actually learn the product. I ended the conversation right....there when he had no idea. If business isn't going well....that may be why....

This is by far one of the best smoke shops around! They have the best deals anybody could ask for and I'm not exaggerating! Not to mention their hours are amazing as they are open from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.!! You won't find another smoke shop like that that will stay open that long and open that early!! I've been to so many different smoke shops as I usually buy cigars and Kratom products😁 and they have a awesome deal where are you buy four items and get one item free on any and everything in that store!! And the family that works there is so amazing and funny and nice and they treat you like family there! And they're always willing to help you out and even sometimes give you something for free 😁 I definitely rate this store five stars all the way!! And for people who love kratom this store is the only store in between Hamilton and Troy that has the cheapest kratom products by far!! So come check out this store and buy your products I promise you won't regret it!! 😁😎

I used to be a regular customer here, but the quality has gone downhill. The employees don’t seem to have any knowledge about the vapes they sell when you ask a question, you’re met with blank stares and an attitude that makes you feel like you’re interrupting their TV time. Instead of being helpful, they give off the vibe that they just want you to hurry up and leave. On top of that, the store is constantly out of stock on basic items like the Fogger pods, and when you ask when they’ll be available again, no one ever has an answer. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service has completely ruined what used to be a decent place. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
