This place is awful. I have bought THREE vapes from there. Every single one has broken. Burnt up. I went in to tell them today, I said people should know these things when they buy them, so tell them.next time. The girl with blonde hair and her nails done, said I shouldn't come back to buy a vape because all I do is complain and that its user error every time. Im extremely angry about this. She wouldn't give me her bosses name, number, nothing. Kept saying she was the boss. She was extremely rude and needs work on her customer service skills. Dealing with what you consider "difficult" customers, is part of the job. She told me never to come back. So ill keep writing reviews. Ill call corporate. Until this gets.resolved.

This place is absolutely amazing! The vape shop that sold the juice I like closed down. I remember calling everywhere when they closed, this was the ONLY place that ordered it for me. I still have the voicemail from Derek calling me on 11/09/2023 letting me they got the only juice I will use in. I’ve been a consistent customer along with my partner picking it up for me on the way home from work. They even bought in the crown 3 coils for me longer than they were kept in stock because that was my favorite tank! They always give my daughter a little something whenever she comes in with me like a mini duck or a sticker. This has been my spot for a year and a half now and I’ll never go anywhere else! Customer service here is PERFECT! Thank you to all of the staff for always being so friendly whenever I’m the one coming in to pick up, every experience here has been amazing! You guys are AMAZING!! ♥️

I’ve been coming here for years now and the staff is always so amazing and welcoming! Shout out to Kirby & Ashley (aka Taylor Swift) for always being amazing every single time I come in, thank you so much ladies! Prices are about average. The two gentlemen that worked there were very knowledgeable and very nice. I would definitely go again.
