Bought a vape and didn’t work wouldn’t let me swap it out never again save your money. The store has a smell to it, never clean.

This place is pretty cool! And very simple. Not tons of different vapes everywhere so it makes it easy to decide what kind you want. Not sure if he’s the owner but the guy I saw there was very cool! I’m going to come back here every time now

While illegally soliciting their pamphlets, Willoughby Smoke Shop jammed a pamphlet so deep into the seem of my cars window it damaged the rubber seal. We tried calling the number on the pamplet numerous times but recieved no answer. I'm sure their just as honest as the two reviews they've magically received before they even opened. Will never go here!

I was coming in here when it first open up been a loyal customer than get charged on my credit card 3 times of the original price never again watch out
