Great products and prices are better than anywhere else, best service and product choices, just try it for yourself, you will be a returning customer

This review has been updated. Bought a bottle of Juice Head Salts. Got it home and filled a new pod (Had to open the bottle first - Go figure). At the very first hit, it tasted like soap. Tried it a few more times over the next day...still tasted like soap. Went back to the store to exchange it. I was told that there was nothing they could do since it had already been opened (how else could I taste it?? 🤷🤷). So, I was just screwed. Out my $$ and no juice. Awesome customer support...not. I guess $15 was worth losing a repeat customer over. Update in response to the store's response: - It's not a customer taste thing. I didn't just pick this as a new flavor. I've been vaping this flavor for the last 6 months...thousands of hits...thousands of tastes. I buy a new bottle and it immediately tastes like soap. - How can I taste it without opening it? - A discount is not going to cut it. It's not an inconvenience. It's $15 gone and zero return.

Always have the flavors I need always stocked and ready very friendly environment manager is amazing she always takes care of my needs thank y'all so much for being just down the street from my parents house

I like the products but it is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. I have tried 12-15 times to call in advance to see if the product is in and available before driving from Tulsa to check just to be told that it hasn't come in yet or we are out and dont know when it will be in. Just please answer the phone for your customers to help them help you.

So friendly, a real life-saver. I could talk openly about my interests there and was able to test their product in store after talking about what it was that I was looking for in terms of flavor and such. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I had somewhat of an idea of what I was looking for and after a conversation was led to a flavor I enjoy at an amazing price. Something I tried finding similar customer service standards in several places in Dallas and was left feeling dazed and confused. Thank you so much. You are an exemplary shop.
