Location and store and staff GET 5 stars Great place helpful staff ( the store and staff get 5 Stars ) BUT CORPORATE who is getting 1 Star IS SILLY WONT LET ANY OF THE STORES ORDER ANYTHING WHICH IS WHY NOW I HAVE TO DROVE ALL PVER THE PLACE TO GET WHAT I GOT AT THE CLOSEST ONE TOO ME A MONTH AGO AND ASKED THEM TO REORDER THEY Said WE CANT CORPORATE DOES THE ORDERS AND I SAID OK NO WORRIED WENT TO THE NEXT ONE 10 miles further the one that’s 23 miles away already bought the last of the ones they had asked them to reorder and got same answer CORPORATE DOES ALL THE ORDERS… then went to the other one now 40 miles away and bought what they had left of the certain brand and asked em to order it and SAME ANSWER CORPORATE DOES ALL THE ORDERING and yesterday went to this one AND BOUGHT THE LAST TWO (yes checked their not discontinued and they have them elsewhere OTHER STORES NOT VAPOR MAVEN STORES SOOOO CORPORATE LET TYE STORES DO THE ORDERING OR ILL SPILL YOUR SECRET ABOUT THE KRATOM YOU CARRY….

At about 7:45 on July 19th 2026 I went into this vapor maven bought a vape, opened it in store to test it to make sure it wasn’t broken and when I opened it, there was E juice all over the inside of the package and it was obviously a broken faulty device. They didn’t have any of the same ones to replace it And they refused to refund I left the product at the counter and left, and this Store stole about 22$ from me. I have been coming to the store for well over a year now with no issues until now. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business bureau. Do not go to the store they will rip you off.

Just stopping by to say I made a purchase today on a defective vape at this location. Upon opening the item the battery charger lit up as if it was gonna work only to leave the store to have the item read off a error code on the battery charging device . When I returned it to show the clerk she said since I had left the store which was no less than 3 min she could take a return on the item. Im out $33.00 on the vape device.

The manager is great. If she doesn't know something she finds out. The evening guy I'm not sure about yet. The weekend lady is super nice. I have been in several times. Store is always clean. Amazing price can't beat BOGO for $12.99.
