I brought my Vaporesso XROS 4 into the store and showed it to the employee so I would get the correct pods. She was on the phone while helping me, selected the pods herself, and sold them to me. I realized they weren’t what I needed and immediately walked back inside. Instead of trying to help, I was told, “You should’ve bought the right ones,” even though she had chosen them after looking at my device. I understand stores have return policies, but the dismissive attitude and lack of customer service were the most disappointing part of the experience. UPDATE: I went back into the store today after the owner responded to my review, and they completely took care of the issue. They exchanged the product and made sure I left with what I actually needed. I really appreciate a business that listens when there’s a problem and makes an effort to correct it. Thank you for making this right!

I regular this shop and the guy running the shop is so kind! Very knowledgeable about all his products, helped me pick out what I should get after being burnt out on a certain brand, and has stellar prices! Such a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. And very nice to chat with! If you’re looking for a shop to regular, this is the place!

Would not recommend. Owner of the shop has no integrity and says you are trying to scam him when you have any issue with his products. They overcharge on everything anyways. Go to you suck Vapes or the shops in Glenpool before giving this guy business.

John and staff are awesome. Fun to talk with and keeps inventory to offer the best of each. Great variety and always in stock at good prices. Takes care of all customers and looks after his good and consistent customers. Will go out of their way to help and open great hours.

Moved to Tulsa over a year ago and have been to MANY different shops all over. I finally realized this one’s right next to me so very convenient and honestly couldn’t be happier! All 3 of the workers I’ve met over the last few months have been just so inviting and helpful. John is so upbeat and helpful, I can’t remember the woman’s name but she’s an absolute Doll, and David anlways got good spirit, they are all so welcoming! They don’t gouge their prices and are honest and ALWAYS stop me before leaving to try my product to make sure everything’s working to my standards. The product selection is also INSANELY big as well. They have it all! Friendly conversation is had and it’s overall just a very comfortable environment especially for just moving to the area and having so many awful experiences until recently. You won’t be let down coming to their shop.
