This place has become my go-to since moving to Tulsa. They always have a great selection and all the employees that I've talked to have been just as great. I even won a raffle the other day!

I recently had a terrible experience at this store. I purchased two small glass bowls for my bong, and when I got home, I noticed one of them was cracked all around the edges. When I called the store to see if there was any way to exchange them, the clerk lied and said that it was already cracked when she sold me them. This is unacceptable behavior in customer service; no one should be lied to about something they are purchasing from a business establishment. Moreover, while the shop itself looked clean and organized - making it easy for customers like myself to find what we need quickly - this incident has left me with an unfavorable impression of this particular store's commitment towards honest dealings with their customers. It is unfortunate that someone would lie about something as simple as selling damaged goods; such dishonesty does not lead anywhere good in terms of customer satisfaction or loyalty towards businesses like these ones . Ultimately, while my visit may have been marred by poor treatment on behalf of one employee , hopefully other shoppers do not encounter similar issues during their visits here . Customers deserve better than being deceived into buying broken products ; thus , honest communication between both parties involved must remain paramount whenever conducting business transactions within establishments such as these ones .

Today, I went by You Suck Vapes on 81st, between Lewis and Riverside. I walked right up to the cash register, and the girl sitting behind didn't even see me. I eventually said something to her, and not surprisingly, she said, "I didn't even hear you come in the door."I told her I was there to buy a cheap vape device, vape juice without nicotine, and menthol. She went to work gathering items. Began ringing it up, I had to mention, don't you have a point system? Oh yes! She brought me up, changed to my new phone for me. Then told me my total. Then BAM, went to wait on a new customer. Didn't bother saying, look at your vape, make sure, it's in there. Didn't bother putting my items in a sack. Didn't bother waiting for me to finish the transaction, or to check if I had any questions?? Plus, she didn't bother giving me a receipt, WHY?? Imagine my suprise when I arrived home and NO VAPE in the box!! I called the store and was informed all sales are final! WHAT? What sale? I obviously was scammed. So I called the FTC. It's in their capable hands now. See the pics below. Also I had my friend call to find out the girls name. Apparently, she doesn't even know her own name. BLESS HER HEART! It's either Reagan or Rainey ??? Just an FYI ⚠️

Was one of my Favorite places until today I went inside and the gentleman in front of me bought a vape he was not asked for id but then turned around and kicked me out the store after telling him I can show my id on my phone im 28 and have been buying from this store for a year the guy was extremely rude and treated me with a great deal of prejudice behavior I called to ask for his name and he hung up on my face and won’t answer any store calls acting like he is the owner of the store and I’ve met and talked with the owner many times time frame 7:20pm July 14th I will never shop here again
