I go here every week for my Kratom. Everyone that works there is super nice, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Im not just saying that to be nice. You can genuinely feel at ease there. There's no rush. They help people in order of coming in the building. They won't skip over to you. Wait your turn. ✋️ Don't help yourself, or go behind the counter. I'm glad I found a shop where they dont pressure you to buy anything, they are just there to help. Great people. 10/10. No bathroom, you CAN get into the building with a wheelchair, you have to use the front door, there is parking around the side. The backdoor has stairs going to the door, wheelchair not accessible through the back.

Paradox absolutely deserves five stars. The flavors are incredibly smooth, the hardware feels premium, and the overall experience is on a different level from anything else I’ve tried. Every hit is consistent, satisfying, and surprisingly clean. Customer service is fast and friendly, and is always reliable. If you want quality without compromise, Paradox rocks!

This place is legit! I stopped in today for the first time, mainly just to browse, and ended up having a great conversation with the employee that worked there . . . He showed me a few pieces of locally blown glass and didn’t mind at all that I was just browsing. I ended up buying a DynaVap (per his recommendation ) and am super happy with it. It’s also an incredibly clean store, not a smudge on the glass and the custom floors had been freshly mopped. Overall great experience, nice to know this level of customer service still exists!

I went there a few days ago, $45 for a vape that a few minutes drive away is $35. terrible service, I asked the guy at the counter to get me a geek bar and he just looked at me and sat there, and then went on his phone and opened tiktok, place is overcharging too. Place is filthy too. DO NOT GO HERE
