I will DEFINITELY be back.. again and again.. I went in here because I called and they had the vapes I love. When I showed up John was so kind, friendly and helpful. I will go back simply because of him and how awesome he is. John should be the manager of this place he is knowledgeable about products, if they don’t have what you’re looking for he will ask the owner to order it, and he showed me a vape for my dad that he really ended up loving. Thank you John!!

I go in quiet often.... they never have what I want and they always say it's because they aren't busy enough.... I would think someone that comes in atleast twice a month if it's low traffick would matter. He sold me on a $30 vape that would of coat $20 in OC. Also I noticed if I use a card.... automatic .50 charge. For not having what I request ever and over charging.... idk....

Very annoyed, went in to purchase a disposable vape / geek bar. Asked about nicotine levels they come in. I was told it’s only 50mg. So I bought one. Come to find out at a regular vape store there are 20mg and 0’s. Completely lied to make a sale won’t be back.

From 5 to 3 stars. The customer service is lacking in a major way. The lady behind the counter seems to be put out but having to do her job. First time I was helped by her it was pretty unpleasant but hey people have bad days. Five experiences later and I can say it's more than that. The experience is always the same. Can't shake the feeling that she is just annoyed that she has to get up. I understand retail is not the most fulfilling duty one can partake in, but a smile and friendly demeanor is a minimum requirement. I would still say the store is still 3 stars do to selection and location. Possible 5 stars if you run into a different employee. I myself will be taking my business elsewhere. Plenty of options in the local area. No need to feel like I am bothering someone to spend my hard earned money.

Been in here a few times now, the dude in there is amazing with customers, gives you options to try and find the right product for YOU and lets you try the vapes in the shop to make sure that it’s okay for you and that you like it etc Highly recommend going here if you’re in the Westlinn Oregon area
