Kim is absolutely amazing every time I'm in. Knowledgeable, friendly, and always brightens my day. I wish all my favorite stores had a Kim there! Also killer deals and a huge selection.

Kim is awesome! Great customer service and helpful. Gave me some great choices of hookah flavors and coco charcoal. Hands down best smoke shop experience, I’m asking for Kim everytime

*BE WARY OF SCAMS* i will never buy anything from Big Chill again. Purchased a Geek Bar and when I got home I went to scan the QR code and found out it was a FAKE. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

All the staff is absolutely amazing here, they are so awesome, kim is my absolute favorite, such good positive energy in this shop.

KIMBERLY!! I hope I spelled it right! She is one of the kindest people I have ever met! I’ve seen her twice now in store and each time she gets what I want fast and rings me out while showing excellent customer service! My vision sucks And she had no problem reading off the names of things and helping me find what I wanted since they’re farther behind the counter. This lady is a freaking great employee I hope she stays around long because I love stopping by and seeing her! Also Kimberly if you see this thank you for being an awesome person. I can tell you’re one of a kind! Also if you need kratom or vapes definitely stop here. No where else near even compares to any product they carry. You’d just be wasting money at other places.
