Logan and Adam were awesome! They were incredibly helpful and offered great suggestions as I’m incredibly picky. Excellent customer service and great value. I tend to drive out of my way to OC just to come here.

Update (May 17th, 2026): I’ve been trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt, because they’re the only ones that still carry the coils to my old vape. But the last 3 times I’ve gone, they’ve been out of stock on the same flavor they can never seem to order enough of. You’d think after months of this, they’d understand they need to order more. The last two times, they were out of well over half of the flavors for Cloud Nurdz. I’m tired of it. Sucks for them, because my vape’s charging port is going out and I intended to buy a new one from them. I walked in and saw the empty shelf, yet again. It’s a blessing, tbh. I took the opportunity to go to the other vape shop I go to and buy a device they have coils for. Now I never have to go back here again. Y’all turned a loyal customer constantly giving you the benefit of the doubt, in to a former customer. Now I’ve got a vape that other shops carry the coils for and I don’t have to deal with House of Vape’s BS. Their “loyalty” points are garbage anyway and the prices are higher. Between that and consistently being out of stock, WTH would anyone ever go here? 🙄 Original (February 2026): This place can’t seem to keep Cloud Nurdz brand in stock. It’s pretty embarrassing when you have to have four backups, and STILL none of them are in stock. You’d think they’d get the hint and order more. But I’m sick of driving all the way down here to be disappointed. I went down to “The stash” and they had plenty of every flavor. I’m confident they won’t have this issue, and it was an added plus that it was also cheaper and closer to my house. No more spending $20-$40+ a week here - I’m no longer coming back.

Had an awesome experience here! Allie was super helpful from the moment I walked in. She actually took the time to figure out what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me something random. Will definitely be coming back!

Allie is awesome & always a pleasure to work with. I had 2 others names written down as well. Stock is above & beyond of other shops, prices are reasonable, & shop in OC is always clean. Customer service is top notch & I'm glad they brought back the reward system. I drive almost an hour round trip to shop here & don’t go anywhere else. I think I’ve been a customer 7-8 years now. There’s something for everyone! You all do a fantastic job!! **one suggestion: Please allow tipping off credit/debit cards like a restaurant when checking out. I never have cash & always want to tip for the friendly smiles & awesome vibes.
