We came on game night. It's small but everyone to include patrons were so friendly. The fish and chips were yummy. Drinks were on point and we enjoyed a couple of cigars while there. Fun evening.

One of our favorite places in Portland! It’s a great place to have a cigar and a drink, and their food is good too. We particularly like the outdoor seating area, it’s shaded and right on the sidewalk. Their cigar selection is always good, but you can also bring your own. They provide the ash trays.

Truly frustrating experience. We were so excited to have a cigar with an old fashion but this spot was not friendly or welcoming at all. We were told by Hope (employee) to even purchase a cigar would be a while since she had two drinks to make, which is completely understandable. So we were asked to have a seat while we wait. Again no problem at all. Well the wait ended up 15 minutes and in that process , I noticed her help 3 tables and a new group of people that walked in - ordered drinks which she made on the spot / took payment for. At this point we asked to just purchase the cigar , get our passport stamps and leave. Very disappointing. Please be kind to all people regardless of their appearance. No smile, no greetings just cold short responses with a negative attitude.

Excellent spot for drinks and beers. Nice outside patio with umbrellas and tables. The interior is charming and reminiscent of a Parisian Cafe. Friendly service and food available from The Baghdad Theater. 3 stars for the food which I consider very expensive for simple fare. Update 4/8/26- The Pork Egg rolls are tasty and you get three big ones with spicy mustard and sweet & sour sauce.

What a cool little spot. Great style and great service. Seating both inside and out. If you're looking for a place to sit down and have a smoke and a great cocktail... you should try it. You'll like it. I guarantee it!
