You need to make your employees aware of some information. Information that they might not be able to fix; but information that makes them aware of how important some issues are. Accessibility for example, those three metal posts outside of the front store; how far apart from each other are they? Not 36". If I had to turn around with these on each side of me. I might as well be in a hallway that is less than 50" wide. And how close to the door are they? Don't they need to be X" away from the door. Based on that I feel as if your safety measures are outside of ADA compliance! Do you understand that these two posts being apart from one another theoretically creates a doorway. A doorway, that if I'm correct, needs to be a minimum of 36" wide to allow a wheelchair the ability to enter a space, in accordance to the Americans with Disabilities Act. Man, I'm sorry some dude crashed into the front of your store, but if someone takes you to court is it worth it? I just probably won't return. And, in case you see this. I'm not mad at you for not knowing, but they should have made you aware.

Any positive reviews you see on here is because the store will give you something if you leave a 5 star review. Worst experience buying a glass piece ever, and I used to shop at mellow mood! They sold me a piece with a chip in it that didn’t show up in their bright lights and refuse to do anything about it. Even the artist was surprised. Do not do business with them. Try the hot box instead. They are even worse than mellow mood. Oh and they won’t let customers use their bathroom so you have to go to the restaurant next door and use the same bathroom at nvs. I regret ever walking in.

I have been shopping at NVS my entire smoking "career", about 4.5 years. They always have whatever I'm looking for, and they have a wide variety of bongs that has something for everyone, in my experience. If you shop here, you will not be disappointed.
