Very helpful & friendly staff. Great product selection too. Only complaint is that my Foger juice refill cartridge was $27.00 but I know the prices are going up for those so oh well. Other than that, great experience here.

Elvin is the best! Great customer service all around! Been coming here for damn near a minute. He's the one I look for when I come cause he's just that good! And dude is very knowledgeable on the products sold here as well... I'd give him 5 more stars if I could to give him a 10/10 but they only give me a choice out of 5

Easy 5 Stars. Hopefully anyone who comes in lands on a day DJ is working because his customer service is the best and he was able to find me exactly what I was looking for when I couldnt put a name to it. This story has a million options and I would honestly be here all day trying to pick and choose and find what I wanted and DJ was able to find me it plus his style advice was on point. When i went home and tried on what I bought I had to agree with everything he said. He wasnt lying when he said "I just knows what looks good OK"

In Oregon for business, and eventually I realized… it was time to handle the pleasure side of things too. So I stopped into this shop just planning to grab a couple small things for myself (and, you know, for us)… but that plan went out the window real fast. First off, this place is STACKED. I mean, the selection? Ridiculous. Every aisle I turned down was like, “Oh… okay, I didn’t know I needed that too.” And somehow I walked out with way more than I came in for, but honestly, with the prices they had, it felt like I was getting away with something. Definitely better deals than some of the other spots I checked out around Portland. But what really made the experience stand out was the manager, Able. Super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience feel comfortable instead of awkward, which is not always the case in places like this. You can tell they actually know their stuff and care about helping you find what you’re looking for (and maybe a few things you didn’t even know you needed). On top of that, just an all-around great personality, fun, welcoming, and made the whole visit feel more like an experience than just a quick stop. Long story short: came in for a couple things, left with a bag full of “good decisions” and zero regrets. Amazing selection, great prices, and top-tier customer service. Give Able a raise, seriously. Will be back to this shop when I find myself in Oregon again.

DJ rocks! Recently went into this store with a friend and was helped by a very knowledgeable, attentive, warm and courteous employee named DJ. He wasn't at all bothered by an endless laundry list of questions, he took the time to understand my needs, and didn't just try to upsell me... Instead offering thoughtful suggestions. I definitely plan on telling friends and coming back again.
