Always the best!! Staff are knowledgeable and take care of customers!! The store in Roxborough closed, but it all the same!! The only shop I go to for juice or mods, cause every time I come in the store I always feel better than when I walked in. I feel my business is appreciated. I do hope they open another Philly store. Thank you guys, I always appreciate your help!!!

A very nice selection of the latest vape mods out. The prices can't be beat by any vape shop around for the mods. Their house ejuice is okay. It doesn't have the flavor pop that brand name ejuice has. Not great, but not bad.

UPDATE: Brandon is still the very best. I seem to always end up bothering him with all my vape problems and he's never cranky and he always helps me and I can't believe he isn't, like, owner of this place yet. He reads Phillip K. Dick, also, and even though I haven't, I feel it tells me he is really smart, haha, because I've always meant to. I feel so bad this guy has to deal with me every 2 weeks or so. My husband sends me for his juice, and both his and my juices I think have to be specially mixed, and I'm always asking questions and having issues, and basically I just feel this kid probably wants to scream whenever he sees me but does such a good job hiding it, he deserves a medal. This place better stay open forever and Brandon better always be there and he deserves a fat raise. Original review: Brandon is SO nice and personable. He advised me about a problem with my vape, called their other location when this one didn't have what I needed, and was just so friendly and awesome. Why can't employees at every business be like him?! You go to, like, a fast food restaurant (not naming names..) and they don't greet you or smile and you wonder if they've ever been taught anything about customer service.. Then you come to ECigs and you're like, "Wow. This is how you should be treated when you spend money in a place!".. If any of my friends vaped (my best friend is lame and smokes), I'd never stop bugging them til they came here, bc I know no other store could compare. Mark is also awesome. But the fact that I came in less than an hour before closing, and Brandon was still so helpful and really went out of his way to make me happy, speaks volumes. If he isn't a manager, he surely should be. This place has the best juice, also. I've tasted juice from other stores, and I always go back to my Frank Nitty. In short, I've been loyal to ECigs since 2018 and won't stop for as long as I am a vaper.

Long story short: Widest variety of juice and unbeatable prices Tons of hardware to choose from Great staff who cares about getting you the right hardware and juice 4 locations! This is by far my favorite place to get everything I need, and I've visited dozens of stores across the country. Not only do they have a wide range of hardware to meet you at the level and price, all of the staff are welcoming and provide advice and education to get you setup with the gear and flavors you need. They also produce all of their own juices, both house and premium flavors, and are constantly coming up with new flavors. The prices are unmatched and they have a rewards system as well as frequent sales. The staff is great, welcoming and non judgmental; not the same feeling you get at every shop in the area. Mark, Chris, Josh, Steph and the crew have years of knowledge and experience; don't hesitate to ask questions. I would drive out of my way to go to this shop. I have for over a year and will continue to.
