This is one of my favorite stores I never have a problem and they always look out for me I remember I was $1 short one day and they took care of me anyway then I tried to give it back on the next trip and they refused to take it. Good people family owned and operated

Ashley Ruben I was in the store when you tried to get your money back why don't you tell the whole story which is you were trying to rip them off bought a vape the day before then come back the next day demanding a refund and you didn't even have the "broken" vape you told him you threw it away he did offer to exchange it however I would have done the same. I'm sure McDonald's messes up your burgers all the time some people always want something for free

Horrible customer service. Sold me a $40 vape that didn’t work and wouldn’t exchange it. Said we needed to see the guy who sold it to us but when we asked when he worked the worker shrugged. Said they have a no return no exchange policy. So basically they will see you a faulty product then not back it up. Waste of money!

The tall young man with glasses was extremely helpful and thoughtful. When I called on the phone prior he was courteous and helpful. I'm hoping they order some robocough because I've found my new favorite stop!
